This policy explains how Kelhe ("we") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit our website or use our service. We aim to collect as little as possible.

  • Contact details you provide. When you request access or email us — your name, work email, company, and the details you share.
  • Service data. When you use Kelhe, the tool-call context your application sends for scoring, as described in our Security overview.
  • Basic usage data. Standard logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request and provide the service
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service
  • To meet legal and contractual obligations

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer service data to train models.

Legal bases

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the service, and consent where required.

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Service data retention is configurable and covered in the DPA.

Sub-processors

We use a limited set of infrastructure providers to run the service. A current list is available on request.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact team@kelhe.com.
