Agreement

These terms govern your use of Kelhe's website and service. By using them you agree to these terms. Enterprise use is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails where it conflicts with these terms.

The service

Kelhe is a hosted runtime risk engine that scores AI agent tool calls and returns a decision. Kelhe is a control and assurance layer; you remain responsible for how your agents and systems act on those decisions.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to harm others
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent the service
• Do not send data you are not permitted to process

Accounts & access

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for activity under your account. Access during private beta may be limited or changed as the service evolves.

Pricing

Usage-based pricing applies as described on our pricing section: a free monthly allowance, then a per-usage rate. Enterprise terms are agreed separately.

Availability

We aim for high availability and offer SLAs under enterprise agreements. Except as stated in a written agreement, the service is provided on an "as available" basis.

Warranties & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, and our liability is limited as set out in your applicable agreement.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your agreement.
